independent customer survey

In January this year, we decided that after 3 years of trading it was a good time to carry out an independent Customer Survey - we wanted to know what our existing customers thought the benefits of our service were so that we could share this information with propective customers.

The Landsker Business Centre undertook the survey so it was completely independent and the results were staggering!

The main benefit our clients found by using our services was the saving on storage space and also being able to gain much quicker access to their documents in–house on the no-cost Document Retrieval System they were provided with from us.

When asked about the quality of the scanned documents once returned, 89% said they were excellent and when it came down to the crunch and the question of value for money, 87% of customers said our services provided good & excellent value for their money, some even seeing a 40% reduction in their storage charges over the life-cycle of their files.

We pride ourselves at thecabinetoffice in offering a good service to our clients, we get to know them which enables us to build and develop relationships with them, and from this 100% of our survey stated that they would be happy to refer thecabinetoffice to other business associates – what more could we ask for!
