Aston Pride is a New Deal for Communities (NDC) Partnership established to deliver outcomes that make a real difference to local people by tackling five key themes – poor job prospects; high levels of crime; educational underachievement; poor health and problems with housing and the physical environment.

As you can imagine managing a complex project as this generates reams of records that need to be retained for regulatory compliance and audit purposes. Accounts, procurement and project records from NDC inception had been physically stored at a local storage warehouse and senior management from Aston Pride recognised that they needed a different solution.
